Learn how to offer your lived experience to provide peer recovery support to individuals and family members touched by problematic substance use in your community. The Cares curriculum meets the mandatory 46 hours of training required for certification by the Addiction Professionals Certification Board of New Jersey. All registered participants must attend each training session in order to receive a certificate of completion once training and surveys are completed. This training will equip you to become a part of the solution in helping people on their journey of recovery. You’ll also be informed of the process to follow if you want to complete the requirements to get your CPRS state certification.
