CARES is partnering up with The Phoenix to bring you a morning of tranquility with Mindful Movement. Mindful Movement is a seated class that can be done from any location. This event is a unique combination of yoga and meditation designed to bring one into a more mindful state. We’ll start and finish with a short meditation and some gentle movements in-between. This mindfulness session will be followed by an All Recovery Meeting.
