An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
Let’s build our recovery muscle, while working out our physical muscles! Join us on Wednesdays at 7pm via Zoom for a training session led by elite coaches Rudy and Jen of J&R Fitness. The workout, geared towards individuals in recovery—will improve your overall wellness—mind, body and spirit.
