What are your primary duties? My primary duties include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD) project that provides wraparound case management services for individuals that commit low-level offenses as it relates to poverty substance use or mental health.  I am also responsible for facilitating all related meetings and presentations as well as building our network of resources and community partners.

Where did you go to school and what did you study? I am a proud graduate of Rutgers University-New Brunswick.  I studied Psychology and minored in Teaching.

How many years have you worked in the field? I have worked for over 20 years in the field.

Why do you work in the field? I work in this field to ensure that the underserved populations within communities have the same opportunities and resources afforded to them that they would not otherwise have to assist them in being the best version of themselves.
