Why do you work in the field? I love building connections in the community and promoting a healthy lifestyle. By implementing school-based programs, we are providing students with hope and key skills that aren’t just for substance use prevention but for building their voice and promoting self-advocacy. It’s the confidence and growth we see in students that keeps me motivated in the field.
